We fly at dawn, the morning flights are almost always possible, while flights at night are often difficult because of the sea breeze from the Mediterranean, 50 miles away, which can be quite hard, and sometimes it does not fall until well after the dusk.

For those who prefer a more intimate experience to be shared only with those closest to you can have a balloon exclusively.
